Registration is now open to all members planning to attend the in-person hybrid Second Annual UCTNA Convention. Click the button below or head to the Event Calendar to register. Registration is open to everyone. Please remember that all members, non-members and guests need to register on their own. One registration per person is required.
U.S. Members – to register online, dues must be up to date through your UCT North America/ClubExpress account.
If you are a UCTNA member that has already logged in to your UCTNA account you will see four options under Number of People Who Will Attend:
1) Active members (for any member in good standing)
2) Any Non-Member (for any U.S. member that is lapsed or Canadians)
3) Member Guest - another member (guests of a member in good standing)
4) Member Guest - a non-member (guests of any U.S. member that is lapsed or Canadians)
5) Virtual Attendance Only (no fee)
Click Register Now and complete the remainder of the form. You will receive a registration confirmation to the email provided.
Unpaid U.S. members and Canadian members.
If you have not yet set up your account or if you are a Canadian member you may register as Any Non-Member or Virtual Attendance Only. The registration button will open the Event View page. Under Number of People Who Will Attend click the Plus Button to add yourself as an attendee.
Click Register Now and complete the remainder of the form. You will receive a registration confirmation to the email provided.

There is a $125 registration fee that includes:
• Monday evening hospitality room reception
• Tuesday lunch & dinner
• Wednesday lunch & dinner
• Complimentary daily hospitality room serving soft & hard drinks and snacks
• Printed materials with gift bag
CONVENTION REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 18, 2025
After June 18, registration fees are subject to increase.
For those not attending in-person
As in the past this event will be conducted using Zoom. Brush up on your Zoom skills. A meeting link will be posted here as well as emailed to all registered attendees closer to the convention date.
